Hello. I am Sabrina Frederick, MPH, founder of Elder Care Guidance LLC, and this work is my calling.

After years working as a senior living administrator, I have sat across the table from families just like yours. I have seen firsthand how quickly the options multiply, how deeply families want to do right by the people they love, and what families deserve to know before making these decisions. Those years gave me an inside understanding of senior living operations and how quality care truly looks.

My academic background deepened that foundation. I hold a Master of Public Health degree and have taught aging, wellness, and health systems at the collegiate level. That broader perspective shapes the way I guide families, not just through the practical steps, but through the larger picture of what it means to age with dignity and receive care with respect.

My philosophy is rooted in one thing. I am here to empower you. I help families ask the right questions, understand their options clearly, and move forward with confidence rooted in what matters most to their loved one.
