Hello. I'm Sabrina Frederick, MPH.  I feel a deep sense commitment to support families through one of life’s most important  transitions. Caring for an aging loved one.
 
After years working as a senior living administrator, I have firsthand knowledge of the challenges families face when navigating care options, transitions, and long-term planning. These experiences provide meaningful insight into how senior living communities operate and how quality care truly looks.

I earned a master’s degree in public health followed by years of teaching at the collegiate level, offering a broader perspective on aging, wellness, and the systems that shape care. This foundation supports my ability to guide families thoughtfully, responsibly, and with a well-rounded understanding of both individual and community-based needs.
 
My philosophy is to empower people. I help families ask the right questions, evaluate their choices, and move forward with clarity and confidence. ​I believe every individual deserves to age with dignity and every family deserves guidance they can trust.
